We Live Longer devices are designed to help connect users with a trained monitoring team when assistance is needed.
They are not a substitute for calling 911 or local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
Device performance may depend on cellular coverage, battery level, signal availability, device condition, location technology, and environmental conditions.
Automatic fall detection is designed to detect certain falls but may not detect every fall.

24/7 Monitoring

Device Use
Keep your device charged, maintained, and used as instructed.
Assistance

Designed to detect certain falls, but may not detect every fall.
Cellular & Location Support
Service and location features depend on available network coverage.
Caregiver App
Approved contacts may receive supported alerts and device updates.
Billing & Cancellation
Charges, payments, cancellations, and returns follow your selected plan and applicable policies.
Service Limitations
We Live Longer cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, exact location information, or detection of every event.
Privacy
